A message from the new President-elect of Clan Maclean PNW
Greetings Cousins,
As we move toward the 33rd season of Highland Games participation for the Pacific Northwest Branch of Clan MacLean of Duart, it is both my honor and privilege to address you all in place of our late esteemed president Jim McClean. The loss of such a man is never an easy thing for family and friends, and the impact Jim made in all of our lives will never be forgotten. I would like to dedicate this season of the games and the participation of our Clan throughout the Pacific Northwest to the memory of our cherished leader and invite you to join us at any events you are able to as we raise a wee dram and voices in a cheer. “Another for Hector” “Another for Jim”

Greetings and welcome to the Clan MacLean Pacific Northwest Association (PNW). We are one of the twelve Clan Maclean Associations around the world who represent Macleans, no matter the spelling, and their many families and septs. We may be your best source of the who, what, where, when and now of your extended family. We look after all things north of California, and south of Alaska, including western Canada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and looking east to the Bitterroot Valley in Montana. Check our events calendar and you will see that you’ll find us at Scottish and Celtic Festivals, Highland Games, and having teas, dinners and picnics. Please note we have members and families in fourteen other states. All are welcome. You’ll find membership information on the site. The dues cover three years of membership and includes a newsletter four times a year.
